Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Informs Team Leader or Production Manager of any and all quality issues

+ Analyzes and provides input to resolve work problems or assists associates in solving work problems

+ Assists in monitoring and maintaining all TPM Goals (Safety, Scrap, Customer Defects, In-Progress Defects, and Downtown Frequency)

+ Understands, operates, and assists individual process stations on all equipment

+ Clears all faults and restarts machinery

+ Accurately completes paperwork and data entry

+ Understands, operates, and assists individual process stations on all equipment

+ Performs machine setup and operates machinery safely

+ Inspect and measure parts and products to verify conformance to specifications

+ Support and participate in continuous improvement projects for quality

+ Ensure accurate recording and disposal of scrap daily and ensure timely completion of rework.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 2 years of manufacturing experience

+ Have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft word

+ Ability to read and analyze information

+ Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts

+ Ability to write reports and work instruction

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
