    We are currently seeking a self-motived, highly driven Loan Documentation Specialist with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. This customer-focused professional must function well individually and collectively with various departments.

     

    This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work directly with our internal partners (Sales, Accounting & Compliance), as well as customers and vendors to provide superior customer service. In this position, the incumbent will help serve as a dependable financial service provider to a variety of industries across the Unites States.

     

    The ability to multi-task successfully, work under pressure, and prioritize numerous tasks are essential.

    In this position, you will:

    + Coordinate with Sales and other internal departments in the lease preparation process.

    + Be responsible for the accurate, timely and complete preparation of lease documents, which are generated using Drawloop within our SalesForce CRM.

    + Maintain transaction information and enter it into the lease management system (SalesForce).

    + Manage daily customer and vendor requests and transaction maintenance. This includes following up on open vendor invoices, missing documentation, requesting proof of insurance, filing UCCs, and processing payments to vendors.

    + Maintain specialized knowledge of the Loan Documentation department’s function, terminology, policies and procedures, and related laws and regulations at the local, state and federal levels.

    To be considered, you will need:

    + Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis in Word and Excel. Must be familiar with the use of web-based browsers. SalesForce experience is preferred, but not required.

    + An Associates Degree (preferred) with a minimum of 3 years experience in the leasing industry.

    + The Ability to take initiative, think outside-the-box, and effectively manage priorities.

    + To be detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast -pace, ever-changing , highly collaborative environment.

    + Advanced organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Strong time-management skills.

     

    Base Salary & Benefits

     

    Our base salary for this position located inMinnesota generally ranges between $24.04and$28.85 annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.

     

    In addition to salary, Popular's well-rounded benefits package for regular full-time and part-time employees includes a comprehensive health plan, flexible time off options, and savings and investment plans. Seasonal/temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits.
