Description

Liberty Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Bedford Heights. The Warehouse Worker will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

**Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm** (overtime determined by business need)

_Responsibilities:_

+ Load and unload trailers or containers

+ Check inbound receiving to confirm counts and accuracy and place product in proper locations

+ Utilize computer to check inventory levels and locations

+ Read and understand orders, pick orders from inventory, bring items to packing stations or processing area

+ Assist in packing area and prepare items for shipment

+ Utilize an industrial forklift (certification not required)

+ Observe all safety policies and procedures

+ Meet all productivity standards in a timely manner

+ Work successfully in a fast-paced environment

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Assist other Warehouse Workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate supervisor

_Requirements:_

+ A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required

+ Warehouse experience is preferred, but not required

+ Forklift experience preferred

+ Lift heavy objects (up to 60 – 75 pounds) with or without accommodations for the entire shift

+ Must be able to occasionally work at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)

+ Must be dependable and a team player

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Overtime will be required based on business needs
