Data Scientist Responsibilities:
1. Build statistical models and develop advanced experimentation methods, such as synthetic control, to measure marketing’s impact globally, and across our suite of AR/VR products (e.g., Oculus, Portal, etc.)
2. Build time series, forecasting models to predict AR/VR growth and set the right growth goals develop frameworks to implement marketing attribution models.
3. Develop machine learning models and optimization methods to improve marketing performance and maximize AR/VR product growth
4. Collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify insights and guide new product and growth ideas.
Minimum Qualifications:

5. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered.
6. Experience must include 5 years of experience in the following:
7. 1. Statistical modeling, econometrics modeling, and machine learning
8. 2. Causal inference and advanced experimentation methods, such as synthetic control
9. 3. Querying and manipulating large data sets
10. 4. Building models in Python and R
11. 5. Building production-ready analytics systems designed to autonomously support decision making by marketing teams
12. 6. Interfacing with marketing teams to collect requirements for analytics products
13. 7. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
14. 8. Working with cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute marketing strategy and investment decisions.
Public Compensation:
$209,720/year to $235,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
