• Outside Feed Driver

    Conagra (Imlay City, MI)


    Shift: 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

     

    Hourly Rate: $19.85 an hour + $0.25 shift differential

     

    You will work onsite at Conagra's Imlay City, Michigan, location. You will report to your Team Leader. The Outside Feed Driver will be responsible to drive the Hi-Lo to move product. This is an outside position that will perform heavy labor when necessary. The current vacancy is on second shift. You will earn $19.85/hour plus $0.25/hour shift premium.

    RESPONSIBILITIES** **:

    + Must meet Hi-Lo license requirements as outlined by OSHA.

    + Maintain proper stock flow to the lines.

    + Operate bulk unloading system.

    + Work closely with Tank yard Team Lead and Produce Receiving Crew Leader

    + Complete daily safety inspections in accordance with forklift checkout sheet.

    + Comply with all safety procedures are followed when unloading trailers.

    + Perform heavy labor including but not limited to lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.

    + Ensure areas are kept neat and sanitary.

    + Train employees as needed.

    + Complete all paperwork in a timely basis with accuracy.

    + Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    + Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.

    + Other duties may be assigned.
