    Position Title: Director of Culinary

     

    Reports To: VP of Cuilnary

     

    Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

    Job Summary

    This Director of Cuilnary will implement and support the operational maintenance of all food related programs within their assigned region. They will also play a key role in the opening of new accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provides support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations to ensure contractual obligations are met

    + Assists in implementing corporate and regional programs based on Sector and Regulatory standards

    + Identifies and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction

    + Identifies and implements training programs to ensure high quality food and service at facilities

    + Encourages compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized Culinary school, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Service or Hospitality Management Program

    + Five (5) years of progressive food service management experience, two (2) in a multi-unit setting

    + Ability to operate a standard computer, including proficient use of MS Office applications

    + ServSafe certified within one (1) year of date of hire

    + Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

    + Excellent interpersonal skills

    + Experience with developing and executing culinary training programs at various skill levels
