    Description:

    POSITION PURPOSE:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong ability to anticipate needs.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    + Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

    + Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.

    + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

    + Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

    + Provide support to the governing boards of Pittsburgh Mercy, Mercy Life Center Corporation, and Bethlehem Haven.

    + Organize and maintain files, records, and reports in both electronic and physical formats.

    + Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

    + Track and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.

    + Manage office operations and liaise with facilities and administrative staff.

    + Support project management tasks and assist in special projects as needed.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s Degree required with at least 3+ years of experience in providing administrative support to corporate executives and/or governing boards.

    + Requires access to transportation

    + Pre-employment drug screen

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience working with senior executives or C-suite level professionals.

    + Knowledge of project management tools and systems.

    + Familiarity with travel planning and expense reporting.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + High level of integrity and professionalism.

    + Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    + Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS

    **WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Exempt (salary) position.** Primarily Monday-Friday daylight with flexibility to meet some non-traditional hours as needed.
