    + Join a laid-back, collegial team of 4 Physicians and 3 APP’s

    + Traditional outpatient family medicine

    + Minimal call- phone only (1/7 rotation)

    + Lab, x-ray, & pharmacy conveniently located in the clinic

    + Highly competitive compensation package- **_$290,000 base salary_** + full benefits package, including health/dental/vision/disability, generous PTO package, $4,000 CME credit/year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage

    + Up to $15,000 in moving allowance

    **QUALIFICATIONS:** Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
