BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) & CNAs the following benefits:

+ **Base Pay:** **$17 - $18 / hour** depending on qualifications - **$250 SIGN-ON BONUS**

+ Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits _if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period_ .

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:

+ Minimum one year work experience

+ One year work experience providing hands on care OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License

Job Responsibilities:

+ Activities of daily living

+ Light housekeeping

+ Bathing

+ Grooming

+ Toileting

+ Nail care

+ Range of motion / exercises

+ Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

+ Oral feeding

+ Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

+ Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

+ Assisting with ambulation

+ Medication assistance
