The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
The B2B Campaign Strategist is responsible for coordinating tailored communications, personalized campaigns, and maintaining regular engagement with broker clients. This role involves collaborating with leaders and teams across various departments to manage the development of content and creative strategies for cohesive and effective broker campaigns. These campaigns utilize channels such as email, direct mail, and text messaging to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
As a B2B Campaign Strategist,** **your responsibilities will include:
+ Partner with sales and account management leadership to ensure the development, approval, and timely delivery of new campaigns and related creative assets.
+ Create and submit campaign briefs, route drafts to reviewers and approvers, and facilitate edits and iterations through to final approval.
+ Evaluating holistic campaigns needs to drive a cohesive experience across the customer journey, channels, and campaigns.
+ Utilize strong analytical capabilities to recommend improvements across the broker customer journey.
+ Act as a change agent and advocate for innovative ways to engage prospective and existing brokers, identifying new opportunities creatively.
+ Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer proactive suggestions to improve the overall campaign results.
+ Communicate strategic and tactical considerations effectively to diverse stakeholders and leadership members.
The B2B Campaign Strategist position** **is well-suited for you if you:
+ Demonstrate exceptional organizational and process or project management expertise.
+ Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Possess strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital and direct marketing.
+ Embrace a self-starter and hands-on mentality, executing on campaigns actively.
+ Work independently with moderate guidance in a matrix environment.
+ Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, synthesizing complex employer benefits and insurance concepts and information.
+ Operate comfortably in a paperless environment, using digital tools to document, organize, and move work.
+ Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Internet-based applications.
+ Show familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
What you’ll need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent work experience required.
+ 5 years of experience in a communication/campaign role in employer benefits or healthcare insurance industry.
What will set you apart:
+ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent work experience.
+ 7 years of experience in a communication/campaign role in employer benefits or healthcare insurance industry.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
