Our client, a leading technology provider, is seeking a DWDM Optical Transport Engineer to join their team. As a DWDM Optical Network Engineer, you will be part of the Networking team supporting the design and implementation of advanced optical networks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** DWDM Optical Transport Engineer

**Location:** Seattle, WA

**Pay Range:** $75-80 per hour on Experis W2 (No C2C)

What's the Job?

+ Design, build and rollout our global DWDM networks.

+ Drive scaling designs to meet the demand of our customers.

+ Create processes that help operate and build our optical network.

+ Work closely with other Networking teams.

+ Troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions day to day on our network.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum of 7+ years experience in optical network design and optical network troubleshooting.

+ Experience with optical planning, modelling tools, and rollout of large DWDM networks.

+ In-depth knowledge of major DWDM platforms (Ciena, Infinera, and Cisco).

+ Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
