Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Technical Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be part of the technical support department, driving customer transformation and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for new technology, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Technical Specialist

**Location:** Redmond, WA | Fully Onsite

**Pay Range:** $85-92/HR on Experis W2

What's the Job?

+ Lead and motivate technical communities to foster collaboration and innovation.

+ Evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Design and implement webhooks for push notifications, ensuring security measures are in place.

+ Deliver presentations and discuss complementary products at a solutions level.

+ Handle customer critical issues and work effectively in challenging situations.

What's Needed?

+ Passion for new innovative technology and drive for customer transformation.

+ Ability to travel domestically and work with diverse cultures and customers.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Deep understanding of GitHub Enterprise Cloud features, API rate limits, and best practices for migration.

+ Webhook Integration: Experience in designing and implementing webhooks for push notifications, includingsecurity measures and data flow management.

+ Ability to recognize and adapt to change effectively.
