    + Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (or Family with extensive ED experience)

    + Independent Contractor

    + Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

    + 35,000 annual ED visits

    + 26-bed ED

    + Fast-Track for treatment of minor injuries/illnesses

    + Accredited Chest Pain Center
