    Suburban Collision Center - Body Shop Paint Technician

     

    Suburban Collision Center is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Paint Technician to join our team. As a key part of our collision repair department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on all repaired vehicles. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform high-quality paint repairs on vehicles, including prepping, priming, masking, and painting.

    + Ensure that all work is completed to industry standards and meets customer expectations.

    + Mix paint colors and match existing finishes accurately.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.

    + Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and timelines.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience as an automotive paint technician or equivalent training.

    + Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + I-CAR or ASE certification preferred but not required.
