How You’ll Do It

+ Retaining Platinum Member base at a rate of >50%

+ New Lead/Inquiry Follow-up/close

+ New Business Development

+ Member Communication/Account Management

+ Member Engagement Events and Gift Execution

+ Troubleshooting/ServiceNow ticket submission & follow-up

+ Assist in facilitating program training and distribution of communication to Playmakers

+ Communicate Effectively with Member Services as well as Members

+ Platinum Callaway Club & Material inventory management

_Qualifications_

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Administrative professional experience is preferred

+ Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred

+ Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily

+ Process-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goals

+ Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and Player focused

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquette

+ Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
