    Executive Administrative Assistant

     

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

    + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

    + Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-up.

    + Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and reports.

    + Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.

    + Assist with expense reporting.

    + Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.

    + Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite executives in a corporate environment

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level or above: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

    Desired:

    + Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

    + High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

    + Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

     

    The starting salary range for this role is $78,000-$88,000 annual base salary. This range is a good faith estimate; we may pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
