    Position Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our high-volume gastro lounge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, high-traffic dining establishments and will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, fostering a positive team environment, and driving business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

    + Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.

    + Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.

    + Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

    + Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.

    + Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    + Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.

    + Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.

    + Manage the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment.

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

    + Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

    + Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

    + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
