Litigation Attorney

Robert Half has partnered

with a dynamic litigation general practice firm in the search of a

Litigation Associate Attorney to join their busy construction and civil

litigation law practice in the Denver Tech Center. Candidates interested in

this position should have a strong attention to detail; should be well

organized; should have exceptional research and writing skills; should be a

self-starter who require little to supervision. Experience handling

matters related to civil litigation, insurance, construction defect; and

contract disputes is highly preferred. If you are an attorney with an active

Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Should possess a valid license to practice law in the respective state.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney or lawyer.

• Proven experience in civil law and civil litigation is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing civil cases, including the administration of claims.

• Proficiency in case management software, document management, and conveyancer is necessary.

• Excellent skills in complaint handling and consumer electronics are expected.

• Must have experience as a litigation attorney.

• Experience in briefing and civil litigation is essential.

• Proven ability to use civil litigation software effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
