    A busy company in the Parsippany area is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance to join their team. This Senior Associate, Quality Assurance will get the chance to join a growing organization that offers work flexibility and career advancement. The ideal Senior Associate, Quality Assurance will have FDA food and dietary supplement regulations experience. This Senior Associate, Quality Assurance position also requires the PCQI certification. Other responsibilities of this Senior Associate, Quality Assurance will include but not be limited to:

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct thorough reviews of financial records and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    + Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate detailed reports.

    + Identify discrepancies in accounting processes and recommend corrective actions.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.

    + Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance overall efficiency.

    + Monitor financial systems to detect and address potential errors or inconsistencies.

    + Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

    + Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.

    + Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.

    Requirements

    + FDA food and dietary supplement regulations experience required
