    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    + Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure timely, accurate financial recording.

    + Analyze fluctuations in account balances and provide detailed explanations to management.

    + Monitor compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards like Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

    + Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.

    + Collaborate across teams, such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) and Operations, to support decision-making.

    + Provide financial insights, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

    Requirements

    REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelors in Accounting

    + Ability to work Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

    + Oracle or OneStream experience desired

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    + Basic inventory knowledge – costing, variances, cycle count, obsolescence, reserves

    + CPA Preferred

    + Public Accounting or Publicly Traded Company Accounting experience required
