Description

Robert Half's Legal Practice is partnering with a top boutique law firm that specializes in banking in search of a top Attorney with a Commercial Lending background to join their team. The position is in the East Metro, Twin Cities. The successful candidate will be part of a top team focusing on banking and financial services law acting on behalf of banks to put together loan documents for their commercial borrowers.

The firm has excellent work / life integration, with Low Billable hour targets and great benefits including health, dental, PTO, and a hybrid flexible work schedule.

Requirements

- Degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law

- 2-5 years of applicable lending experience, including negotiating loan documentation, review of title work and surveys, review of UCC/lien searches, review of lease and lease related agreements, review of purchase agreements and sale documentation, and experience with other related due diligence items.

- SBA lending experience is not required, but it is preferred.

- Detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage a large, multi-faceted and fast paced workload. Possess the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as under the guidance of others.
