TriMas Aerospace Summer Internship Program

We are currently seeking high energy and motivated students to join our team as a 2025 Intern at our TriMas Aerospace company. This internship opportunities will be located at ourWeldmac Manufacturing facility in El Cajon, CA.

We are looking for interns in the following areas:

Industrial Engineering

Project Scope: Create a pseudo Heijunka board for machine shop and laser shop. Create a min/max of kanban for hardware in assembly

Internship Course:

Over the course of our 8 - 10- week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:

Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems.

Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

Interact directly with our company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of TriMas Aerospace

Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities.

Intern Salary Ranges

Bachelor's: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour

Master's: $32.50 to $34.75 per hour
