    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Glen Burnie, Maryland on a temporary to hire. This role is critical to supporting our operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately while providing exceptional service to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Order Entry: Accurately input customer orders into SAP and CRM systems while maintaining proper documentation.

    + Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, educate them on available products, and provide product recommendations.

    + Needs Assessment: Determine customer requirements and match them with suitable products or services.

    + Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in SAP software for order processing.

    + Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.

    + Experience with CRM software to manage customer information efficiently.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally.

    + Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
