Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Deerfield, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, overseeing remediation efforts, and supporting data protection initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory policies, including HIPAA and PCI standards.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track compliance metrics and progress on remediation efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

• Conduct control testing and risk assessments to support organizational compliance goals.

• Prepare and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.

• Supervise and coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and security practices.

• Provide oversight on IT security measures and data protection strategies.

• Monitor and report on policy adherence, identifying areas for improvement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of audits and related compliance functions. Requirements • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Proven experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, and remediation efforts.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and PCI.

• Proficient in creating dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and compliance.

• Solid understanding of IT security practices, policies, and procedures.

• Experience in performing control testing and risk assessments.

• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
