Key Responsibilities:

+ Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including trusts and estates disputes, contract enforcement, and other general practice areas.

+ Handle all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to trial and post-trial motions.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative strategies and solutions to meet client needs.

+ Maintain high ethical standards and uphold the firm’s reputation for client-focused service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

+ Admission to the Minnesota Bar.

+ 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.

+ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

+ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
