    Posting Summary

    Manage day-to-day operations of the UVM Bookstore’s Supply Department. Work closely with campus departments and professors regarding product requisitions for classes. Purchase and maintain inventory for school and office supplies, stationary, and specialized art supplies. Receive, price, and invoice goods for sale and routinely stock and merchandise the supply area. Maintain the supply sections of the UVM Bookstore website and process online orders. Assist customers on the sales floor and at point of sale, including the processing of departmental, scholarship, and financial id charges.

    Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    Associates degree in art/merchandising field and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of computer ICS and POS system software, MS Office, Adobe and ability to utilize social media required. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice, and training, fostering a collaborative multicultural environment. Must be able to work some weekends, evenings and occasional University holidays with occasional overtime.

    Desirable Qualifications

    Anticipated Pay Range $22.00/hour to $24.00/hour

    Special Conditions Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is ineligible for telework due to the essential functions
