Lincoln Tech is looking for an energetic, customer-centric Admin Assistant. In this position, you would support the Admissions Office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow while also facilitating the admissions process.
Responsibilities of a Receptionist / Admin Assistant.
+ Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the admissions process
+ Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff
+ Attend Admissions events
+ Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
+ Provide overall support to the Admissions Department
+ Report to the Director of Admissions
Requirements of a Receptionist / Admin Assistant
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Exceptional organizational skills
+ Strong customer service and telephone skills
+ A clear sense of urgency and ability to multitask
+ Basic Microsoft Excel skills
+ Must be available for evening and weekend hours as needed
+ Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired
