BGB Group is seeking a Modular Content Specialist to support the development, implementation, and optimization of modular content frameworks across digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role will play a key part in structuring and managing content for scalability, reusability, and efficiency , ensuring seamless execution across platforms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Modular Content Specialist will collaborate with strategy, creative, technology, and medical teams to implement best practices for content modularization, metadata structuring, and asset governance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in modular content workflows, digital asset management, and omnichannel content execution within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Modular Content Development & Execution
+ Support the creation, tagging, and management of modular content components within content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
+ Implement structured content frameworks to enable seamless content reuse across channels and campaigns.
+ Ensure modular content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and omnichannel engagement strategies .
+ Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and medical teams to ensure modular assets are properly structured and optimized for approval workflows.
Content Governance & Process Optimization
+ Maintain and update modular content libraries , ensuring version control and accuracy across platforms.
+ Assist in defining metadata schemas, taxonomy, and tagging strategies to enable efficient content retrieval and personalization.
+ Support the automation of modular content workflows to accelerate production timelines and streamline approvals.
+ Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry compliance (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, MLR review process) .
Collaboration & Training
+ Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on modular content best practices.
+ Provide guidance and training to teams on modular content structuring, workflow management, and platform utilization.
+ Act as a liaison between content strategists, digital teams, and regulatory reviewers to facilitate smooth content execution.
Technology & Innovation
+ Leverage content management platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, eWizard, AEM) to execute modular content strategies.
+ Stay up to date on emerging trends in modular content, AI-driven automation, and personalization strategies .
+ Identify opportunities to enhance content efficiency through AI-powered content generation and modular reuse strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
+ 3–5 years of experience in content management, modular content execution, or digital asset management , preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries .
+ Familiarity with content workflows, omnichannel content execution, and metadata structuring .
Technical & Functional Skills
+ Proficiency in modular content platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, eWizard, AEM, or similar systems .
+ Strong understanding of metadata tagging, content taxonomy, and structured content frameworks .
+ Experience with content automation tools, AI-driven content workflows, and digital asset management (DAM) platforms .
+ Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing compliance, MLR processes, and omnichannel engagement strategies .
Soft Skills & Leadership
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders .
+ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills , with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights .
Salary Range: $75,000- $100,000
The salary range provided is for the Kansas City, MO hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
