Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Business Analyst in Maple Grove, MN:

**Pay Rate:** $22-$25

**Hybrid** : 2-3 days onsite (08:00:AM - 04:30:PM)

Are you a highly motivated and analytical student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global finance environment? Join our team as a Finance Analytics Intern and contribute to impactful projects while developing your skills in data analysis, project management, and business insights.

Some Responsibilities:

+ Support Project Managers in the execution of global projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve project objectives.

+ Analyze large and complex datasets, including financial and operational information, to identify key trends and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

+ Conduct thorough research and benchmarking analysis against the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

+ Assist in the automation of data collection processes and the development of efficient reporting tools to streamline workflows.

+ Provide support for corporate projects by contributing to the development of project approaches, communicating plans and tasks to diverse teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful goal achievement.

Qualifications:

+ **Currently a rising sophomore, junior, or senior (graduating between May 2026 - May 2028) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Project Management.**

+ **Must have at least one semester of school remaining after the internship to be eligible.**

+ High proficiency in MS Office Excel (e.g., data manipulation, formulas, analysis).

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret complex data effectively.

+ Naturally curious and a proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn.

+ Highly organized and capable of consistently meeting deadlines.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per week
