    CNC Setup Technician – Raleigh, NC Area

     

    Night Shift | $22–$27/hr + $1 Shift Differential

     

    Adecco is currently recruiting for a **CNC Setup Technician** on behalf of a leading manufacturing partner in the Raleigh, NC area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity on the **night shift (7 PM – 7 AM)** , offering hands-on responsibility in a fast-paced CNC environment with strong long-term career potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead part changeovers in the CNC department

    + Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines with light to moderate issues

    + Perform quality checks on machined parts

    + Edit programs and communicate changes to supervisors

    + Set up and align machine components (turret, loader points, grinding wheels)

    + Adjust patterns based on Met Lab results and document appropriately

    + Support operator training and assist supervisors as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    + Certificate or associate degree in a technical field preferred

    + Experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment

    + Strong mechanical aptitude; programming experience a plus

    + Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Compensation:

    + $22–$27 per hour based on experience

    + Additional $1/hour shift differential

    + 7 PM – 7 AM schedule
