    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Assignment Type:** Temp to hire

     

    Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for accounts **Representative Client Services** jobs. This is a temp to hire opportunity in **NEW YORK, NY** .

     

    The role involves delivering on-site work assignments, providing customer service, and ensuring satisfaction. Key responsibilities include informing supervisors of issues, responding to management and client requests, contributing to the Site Procedure Guide, and handling various services such as Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Shipping/Receiving, and Inventory Services.

    Responsibilities for a **Representative Client Services** include but are not limited to:

    + Inform supervisor of potential issues or customer concerns.

    + Respond to management and client requests via various communication methods.

    + Provide excellent customer service.

    + Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide.

    + Handle Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services.

    + Attend cross-functional trainings for coverage during short-staffed periods.

    + Adapt responsibilities and location based on client/division needs.

    + Receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process courier items and mail.

    + Track courier and accountable items.

    + Research and route unidentified mail.

    + Log, deliver, and track messenger items.

    + Respond to customer requests and perform routine equipment upkeep.

    + Record and track customer inquiries and requests.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize.

    + Good customer service and communication skills.

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision and overtime as needed.

    + Obtain necessary security clearances.

    + Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
