    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a client in their search to hire a **Mental Health Professional** for a **Direct Hire** opportunity **in Baltimore, MD. (Montgomery County & Baltimore City** **area)**

     

    • **Location:** Glen Burnie, Windsor Mill, Rockville, Hyattsville

    • **Salary** : $70,000 – $76,000 (based on experience, education, and location)

    • **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    About the Role:

    Are you a dedicated Mental Health Professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges? We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Baltimore, MD.

     

    In this direct-hire position, you’ll play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services, working closely with clients, families, and community resources to support recovery and well-being.You will be working in office and off site.

     

    • Hourly Rate:

    • $70,000/year = $33.65 per hour

    • $76,000/year = $36.54 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and daily living support

    • Advocate for client services and connect them with community resources

    • Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients, ensuring ongoing, comprehensive support

    Qualifications:

    **✔️** Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)

    •️ 1-3 years of post-master’s clinical experience in a mental health setting

    •️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    •️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
