    Adecco is hiring a Bids and Quotes Analyst!

     

    This full-time, **onsite, temporary** role supports administrative and pricing operations for a global leader in biomedical innovation, located in **Brea, CA** . As a Bids and Quotes Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Pricing Manager and Sales teams to support sales objectives through accurate bids, quotes, and contract processing.

     

    Candidates must be located near Brea, CA and available to work onsite.

    Responsibilities:

    + Complete competitive bids and sales quotations accurately and on time

    + Establish special pricing agreements based on GPO and IDN contracts

    + Communicate financial projections and contract impacts to cross-functional partners

    + Review commercial contract terms and ensure alignment with organizational standards

    + Understand and apply revenue recognition policies related to contract structures

    + Accept and process paperwork for new customer orders and billing

    + Conduct periodic audits on active leases to validate usage and adjust billing

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
