    Job Title: Civil Design Engineer (EIT)Job Description

     

    Local developer with in-house Civil Engineering & Design services is looking for an emerging Civil Land Development Engineer. The role will be a combination of Design, Engineering, and Project Management.

    Responsibilities

    + Civil 3D design of land development projects

    + Storm water design

    + Grading design

    + Drainage design

    + Utility modeling

    + Project management

    + Community engagement

    + Due diligence and feasibility analysis

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D

    + Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D

    + Knowledge in land development and site development

    + Strong understanding of civil engineering principles

    + Competency in stormwater and drainage design

    + Project management skills

    + Civil Engineering degree (2 or 4 year)

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + EIT (Engineer in Training) certification

    + Experience with site design

    + Professional engineer certification (desired but not mandatory)

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a brand new office in N. Hills, providing a modern and comfortable work environment.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
