Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift. This role involves overseeing various operations including Alpma machines, brine systems, filling forms, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with our high standards.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line.

+ Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.

+ Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and management.

+ Perform change overs and troubleshoot machinery issues.

+ Set up and operate filling machines and packaging lines.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of machine operating experience (GMP preferred).

+ Experience with packaging machine operating.

+ Proficiency in adjusting feeds and speeds.

+ Ability to perform change overs and troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication abilities.

Work Environment

This position operates during 3rd shift hours from 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. Our facility is clean, temperature controlled (no refrigeration), and smells like French fries. Initial training will take place from 6am to 2:30pm during the first week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr.
