    SMX is seeking a skilled **Manager / Operations Manager** tobe part of ourInformation Technology Team supporting NAWCADat Patuxent River,MD. TheOperations Managertasking includesleading, managing and administeringcontractualdelivery ofservices to our customeras the main point of contact.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules

    + Perform management, technical, or business case analysis

    + Collect, compete, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and product programs

    + Track program/project status, budgets, resources, and schedules

    Required Skills:

    + Clearance Required: Secret, Secret to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    + Ability to maintain a Secret Clearance

    + Must be able to interact with peers, management, and senior engineers in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

    + 7+ years of related IT experience required

    Desired Skills:

    + Past DoD Program Management experience

    + PMP certification
