    Job Description: CNC Programmer

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with a strong experience in offline CNC Programming, particularly in milling or turning. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MasterCAM programming, possess a deep understanding of GD&T interpretations, and be comfortable working with extremely tight tolerances. This role involves a combination of programming and setup work.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for milling or turning operations.

    + Interpret and apply GD&T principles to ensure accuracy and precision.

    + Work with 3, 4, or 5-axis operations.

    + Conduct setups for CNC machines (40% setups, 60% programming).

    + Maintain adherence to standards and regulated environments such as AS9100.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years' experience in offline CNC Programming (Mill or Turning).

    + Proficiency in MasterCAM programming.

    + Ability to interpret GD&T with extremely tight tolerances (0.0002 inches or 0.0005 inches).

    + Experience in milling or turning operations.

    + Experience working in standards/regulated environments (e.g., AS9100).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.
