Industrial Concrete Carpentry Foreman
Job Description
The Industrial Concrete Carpentry Foreman will oversee and manage all aspects of concrete carpentry projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising a team of carpenters, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Shift Monday to Saturday 7am to 4pm, pay can go up to $32 depending on experience (SPANISH)
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of concrete carpenters, providing guidance, training, and support.
+ Plan, schedule, and oversee concrete carpentry activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
+ Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
+ Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
+ Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work with overall project goals.
+ Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.
+ Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Extensive knowledge of concrete carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
+ Thorough understanding of safety regulations and practices.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Expertise in constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures.
+ Skilled in finishing concrete surfaces to specified textures and smoothness.
+ Proficiency in estimating material quantities and costs for projects.
+ Knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting carpentry tools and equipment.
+ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with other trades and project stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with concrete finishing, rebar, hand tools, concrete forms, concrete pours, and concrete construction.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 or 4 pm from Monday to Saturday. This role requires the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Stamina to work long hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
