Job Title: Warehouse Associate

**Job Description:** We are looking for a meticulous and organized Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of order picking, packing, and inventory management. This position demands physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy items, and prolonged periods of standing. You will be responsible for maintaining a tidy warehouse, efficiently managing space, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills are essential for operating warehouse management systems and other software.

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately pick and pack orders.

+ Manage inventory and ensure proper stocking of items.

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

+ Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.

+ Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

+ Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Essential Skills:

+ Keen attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.

+ Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

+ Strong organizational skills for efficient warehouse space management.

+ Ability to work effectively within a team.

+ Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

+ Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems.

+ Good communication skills to understand and follow instructions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
