Job Title: Program Finance Analyst
Job Description
As a Program Finance Analyst, you will work closely with Project Managers and team members to ensure accurate capture of actual costs each month. You will provide regular reporting and analysis against metrics such as utilization, open commitments, labor, and more. You will also offer financial support for bids and proposals, reviewing cost estimates, preparing pricing, and ensuring that all appropriate financial risks and opportunities are addressed. Additionally, you will support monthly close through timely analysis and maintenance of systems processes related to projects and costs, ensure project finance issues are managed and addressed promptly, and conduct variance analysis against original bids, current forecasts, and budgets.
Responsibilities
+ Work with Project Managers and team members to ensure accurate capture of actual costs each month.
+ Provide regular reporting and analysis against metrics such as utilization, open commitments, labor, and more.
+ Offer financial support for bids and proposals, including reviewing cost estimates and preparing pricing.
+ Ensure appropriate financial risks and opportunities are addressed.
+ Support monthly close through timely analysis and maintenance of systems processes related to projects and costs.
+ Ensure project finance issues are managed and addressed promptly.
+ Challenge cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial information is prepared.
+ Conduct variance analysis against original bids, current forecasts, and budgets.
+ Assess the impact of risks and opportunities on overall business performance.
+ Identify opportunities and improve processes to ensure timely reporting of all project costs.
+ Design and implement internal reporting and dashboards to monitor and control project performance.

Work Environment
The company offers a 9/80 work schedule, allowing you to leave at 12pm on Fridays after working 9 hours Monday through Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. The work culture is collaborative, with everyone helping out and working together to achieve the company's mission. Work events are also part of the company culture.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
