    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    The candidate will be working on the bottling line and in production. Responsibilities include loading empty bottles onto the line to fill gallons, drums, and smaller containers. The worker will place bottles on the labeler machines, remove the finished product, and put it into boxes. Additionally, the role involves working next to conveyors, taking off finished products to package, and handling general production duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of production experience in manufacturing.

    + Experience with forklift operation.

    + Must be reliable and punctual.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, packaging, and palletizing.

    + Experience as a line worker on a bottling line.

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working in a production bottling and palletizing area. Our team consists of approximately 25-30 employees, including 8-10 office staff, salespeople, and operations. We have several drivers and warehouse staff, our own fleet of trucks, 2 tractors, 2 tankers (for wine & alcohol), a trailer, and a 28-foot straight truck. We are remodeling and constructing a new bonded warehouse to store more products. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, with employees expected to arrive around 6:45am to be ready to work on the line at 7am. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks at 10am and in the afternoon.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
