    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator to join our team. Pay is starting at $20/hr. This position involves operating various machinery and requires a strong mechanical aptitude. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, standard schedule is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM - typically 8-15 hours of overtime per week, and will have opportunity for 4 day work week at points in the year to beat the heat. Weekly pay and benefits available.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operating a shot blaster machine to clean bearings.

    + Operating a forklift to move materials.

    + Using a hand grinder.

    + Lifting materials weighing approximately 50 lbs.

    + Unloading materials.

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience in machine operating.

    + Mechanically inclined.

    + Ability to lift boxes and materials up to 50 lbs.

    + Experience as a Furnace Operator is a plus.

    + Forklift operation skills is ideal.

    + Experience in a machine shop environment.

    + Production experience.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
