Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC operators with 2-4 years of experience operating CNC machinery; experience running Mills, Lathes or Grinders is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from blueprint or layouts as you will be responsible for loading, aligning, and setting up machines per drawing instructions and maintaining quality production records.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC grinders, lathes, and milling equipment.
+ Work from blueprint layouts and dimensions on drawings.
+ Read and interpret manual gauges.
+ Load, align, and set up machines according to drawing instructions.
+ Maintain quality production records.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and shop math.
+ Have knowledge of machining methods and cutting tools.
+ Utilize computer literacy for Statistical Process Control, CMM measuring, and CNC machining.
Essential Skills
+ +3 years of experience in CNC operations.
+ Experience with mills, lathes, and grinders.
+ Proficiency in setup and changeovers.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge of shop math and machining methods.
+ Computer literacy for Statistical Process Control.
+ Experience with CMM measuring.
+ Proficiency in CNC machining.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of CNC experience.
+ Experience with mills, lathes, and grinders.
+ Experience with setup and changeovers.
+ Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Work Environment
Our facility is very clean and climate-controlled, promoting a family environment. Teamwork is essential, and employees must be able to give and receive feedback effectively. We operate on tight deadlines and require strong communication and a solid work ethic to meet our goals. Dress code includes khakis and company-issued polo shirts, along with steel-toe shoes and safety glasses. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.41/hr.
