The Facility Engineer will lead efforts to develop infrastructure projects, maintain building standards and documentation, participate in construction project planning, and lead energy efficiency initiatives.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent field experience

    + Minimum 3-5 years of engineering design related to commercial buildings. Or construction related leadership (foreman/project manager) for healthcare projects.

    + Proficient in local and national building codes.

    + Working knowledge of healthcare facility infrastructure, e.g. air handling units, boilers, chillers, medical gas systems, fire protection, emergency generators, electrical distribution systems, fire alarm, etc

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working with WI Department of Health

    + Professional Engineer License
