THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team by serving as a direct liaison to all Company applicants. Performs various recruiting functions including, but not limited to: initiating candidate care, interview coordination and scheduling, maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various other day to day administrative duties. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
+ Serves as the primary point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team. Facilitates effective and close communication between Talent Acquisition Partners and candidates at all times.
+ Posts and monitors all assigned open requisitions for the Company in accordance with Company guidelines and procedures.
+ Ensures accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and Company and regulatory reporting.
+ Reviews incoming applications for positions, as needed, and manages candidate progress within the ATS for active applicants.
+ Provides direct support for the recruiting team including, but not limited to: initiating contact with applicants, coordinating and scheduling meetings/interviews, preparing interview packets, and other correspondence as required.
+ Coordinates and completes onboarding related tasks including, but not limited to: initiating pre-employment background checks, drafting offer letters, providing new hire onboarding forms (i.e. I-9, W-4, applicable state tax forms, etc.) and other documentation as necessary.
+ Collaborates with other Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team members for any recruiting or human resources related projects as required.

The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.
+ Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
+ Effective organizational and time management skills.
+ Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
+ Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
+ Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees.
+ Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
+ Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
+ Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
+ Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
+ Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and/or conduct routine oral communication.
+ Ability to communicate with individuals utilizing a telephone; requires ability to hear and speak effectively on the telephone.
+ Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties.
SALARY RANGE
The full-time base salary range for this position is $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 USD a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
