    + Assist in the restoration of files/profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault

    + Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.

    + Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization

    + Profile and permission structure knowledge

    + Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

     

    Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

    Requirements

    TS/SCI with poly required

    + High School Diploma/GED and 15 years of related experience

    + Bachelor of Science may be substituted for 5 years of experience

    One of the Following Certifications Required:

    + A+

    + Network+

    + CCNA Security

    + CySA+

    + GICSP

    + GSEC

    + Security+

    + CND

    + SSCP

    + CASP

    + CCNP Security

    + CISA

    + CISSP

    + GCED

    + GCIH

    + CCSP
