JOB SUMMARY

Le Labo is seeking a Corporate Amenities Shipping Coordinator, who will be responsible for shipping corporate and amenities orders for the NA region, as well as any internal or external orders related to marketing, including Press. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of these orders. This involves order processing, pick-pack and dispatch, as well as the maintenance of the inventory and infrastructure of the shipping facility.

This role is based out of our NYC Warehouse in Industry City, Brooklyn.

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of the shipping facility infrastructure

- Receive and unpack stock deliveries

- Organize stockroom and ensure workspace is safe and clean

- Inventory maintenance, bi-weekly/monthly inventory counts

- Order supplies

Communication

- Liaising with the Marketing team for the orders and special projects

- Send tracking numbers for all orders

- Submit end of day report

Fulfillment

- Order stock on PADC and B2B

- Process orders

- Effectively manage and resolve any errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment

- Pick, prepare and pack orders according to Le Labo’s packaging standards

Dispatch

- Ensure all orders are dispatched in 2 business days upon receipt of order

- Ensure packages are picked up by shipping carriers in time

- Maintain strong relationships with delivery service representatives, handle shipping issues and package returns with clients

Qualifications

+ Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task

+ Ability to manage time and prioritize work assignments

+ Ability to function independently after training to complete assignments

+ Ability to pay attention to fine details

+ Ability to perform physical job duties that include but aren’t limited to lifting and unload packages at least 30 lbs

+ Prior experience working with diverse teams in a warehouse environment

+ Must be passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience

+ Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite
