CTG is seeking to fill an **Order Management Representative I** opening for a client in Pittsburgh, PA.

**Location** : Pittsburgh, PA

**Duration** : 12 months

Responsibilities

+ Performs day-to-day Order Management operational tasks with direction from management or senior members of the group in the areas of Order Management

+ Responsible for timely and accurate order processing with frequent audit checks

+ Responsible for all manual order entry received via phone, fax, email, etc.

+ Fundamental knowledge of current order processing technologies (SAP, eBusiness Tools, etc.), laws and regulations

+ Supports key assigned responsibilities within the group

+ Maintains key relationships with other Supply Chain areas

+ Answers overflow calls and those unassigned to a Order Management Representative

+ Responsible for after-hours coverage for Order Management.

+ Monitoring of inbound fax email box

Requirements

+ BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, business or equivalent degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Or 5-7 years equivalent applicable experience.

+ Communicates effectively orally and written with internal and external customers.

+ Basic knowledge of SAP and BW

+ Familiarity with Supply Chain processes and key integration areas.

+ Working knowledge of supply chain processes preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
