    Job Description:

    Partner Activation: Global Partner RTM Enablement Lead

    Job Description:

    The Global Partner RTM Enablement Lead will execute the strategy, programs, enablement, and the Go-to-Market (GTM) activation mission of the VCF Division across all Routes-To-Market (RTM) and be responsible for the global plan. The objective is to drive Partner sales & technical roles as well as the Partner ability to drive VCF growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role ensures that sales, engineering, architecture, consulting/delivery and support teams have the tools, resources and programs needed to execute effectively on behalf of the VCF Division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Own the development, updating of the global strategic plan by RTM & Geo

    + Codify and evangelize best practices to enhance customer outcomes and ensure teams are aligned for success and execute within the Geos

    + Ensure Partner teams are fully equipped and prepared to execute GTM strategies and align the the global Partner Programs as well as Sales priorities

    + Track and measure the success of enablement programs and tools, continuously improving based on results

    + Develop and execute a structured framework for streamlined operations, improving cross-functional coordination, communication and goal attainment with field teams

    + Lead the strategic development, orchestration and successful launch of programmatic sales plays

    + Collaborate effectively with field sales and engineering leadership teams as well as product and technical management/marketing teams

    Requirements:

    + Bachelors Degree and 8+ years OR Masters Degree and 6+ years work experience preferably in a matrixed sales and partner organization

    + Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

    + Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement experience preferred)

    + Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success

    + This role is Broadcom office based—not available for remote work

     

    Must have legal authorization to work in the US

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000.

     

    This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
