About the Job You’re Considering
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing master data management (MDM) and product information management (PIM) projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to architect and implement innovative data solutions that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in Informatica P360 and related tools will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Your Role
+ Lead and manage master data management (MDM) and/or PIM projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
+ Lead MDM and/or PIM projects with blended onshore/offshore teams ranging from 5 to 25 team members.
+ Advise clients on leading practices for the implementation of MDM/PIM/PLM projects.
+ Architect MDM and PIM solutions and provide business, governance, and technical recommendations.
+ Work with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level executives on a daily basis.
+ Conduct "Whiteboard" sessions with clients for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new systems, middleware, MDM/PIM, and business intelligence solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
+ Qualification: Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Data programs, bachelor’s degree.
+ Hands-on experience in 3 to 5 Informatica P360 implementations, including P360 configuration, ActiveVos, Supplier Portal, IDQ, OOTB DQ, P360 Elastic Search, P360 REST APIs, integration with ESB, and Java plugin experience using Informatica P360 Command framework best practices.
+ Broad industry experience in implementing Product Information Management, defining Taxonomy, custom plugin usage, and leading PIM practices.
+ Advanced Informatica P360 Platform Experience: Including plugins and background in Informatica IDQ.
+ Exposure to Adobe InDesign, Qlik ETL, and/or IBM DataStage.
+ Certification: TOGAF 9, IAF level 1, and seeking level 2.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives.
+ Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
+ Program/project management experience.
